Her hull has been completely refurbished and makes a beautiful appearance. Last One has been re-powered and features new fuel tanks, new instrumentation and her own custom aluminum tandem trailer. Teak rails have been added to the stern cockpit and the addition of a custom canvas bimini top and cockpit shade make Last One a boat that can be enjoyed in all kinds of weather. 24' STAMAS WALKTHROUGH
Entering the stern cockpit, from the deck or custom swim platform, you can either climb up to the flying bridge or stay below. The upper helm features seating for two, while custom cushions allow for comfortable seating in the cockpit, with additional comfort on hot days in the form of a cockpit shade. Moving forward, you pass between port and starboard custom storage units and there are two pedestal seats forward. The lower helm is located starboard. An enclosed stateroom featuring a vee-berth and head is located forward of the helm.

Stamas Yacht is the oldest family run boatbuilder in the country today. It has a well-earned reputation for building tough, durable boats. Last One was built at the company's headquarters in Tarpon Springs, Florida and spent many years plying the water of the Chesapeake Bay. Later on, it migrated to North Carolina, where the current owner purchased her in 2016.

Occoquan Harbor Marina is located in Woodbridge VA on the Occoquan River a short distance down stream from Historic Occoquan VA only 20 minutes by auto to Washington, DC.
Woodbridge is a boating center centrally located west of the Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the many cruising areas of the Chesapeake. Historically Woodbridge played a part in both the Revolutionary War and the Civil War.
Occoquan Harbor Marina is located on the Occoquan River just short cruise to the Potomac River through Belmont Bay. It’s 27 Nautical miles from there to Washington D.C. to the North. Along the way to D.C. you pass George Washington’s Mount Vernon on Dogue Creek, then Fort Hunt on the Virginia shore across from Fort Washington on the Maryland shore at one of the narrowest parts of the Potomac River. Cruising South you’ll pass by Quantico Marine Corps Base, the Nice Bridge, Cobb Island, Colonial Beach and Virginia’s Northern Neck and Southern Maryland on opposing shorelines as you reach to the mouth of the Potomac River at the Chesapeake Bay 80 miles from Occoquan.
Woodbridge is the location of the Potomac Mills Mall, an enormous mall attracting visitors by the bus load for great bargains. Only about one hour by boat from Woodbridge is National Harbor where the MGM Grand is located offering a marina, casino and luxury hotel.
