This boat was meticulously maintained by the original owner for 32 years, the current owner has sparsely lived aboard her for 18 months. In 2015 the boat underwent a complete interior refit by an interior designer. New shades, curtains, carpet, woodwork trim and galley sole were replaced. The rich oak interior appears flawless. Many special features are included and difficult to find on boats of this length. A remote controlled bow mounted davit capable of lifting 600 pounds, perfect to lift that personal watercraft. Lifting harness included. A 10 foot tender is included. New Garmin electronics installed 2019. The boat is turn key, including dishes, bed linens, could be possible VRBO.

COCKPIT

Come aboard Rum Bum from her multiple entry ways, stern, starboard or port and use the included 2 step fiberglass dock steps. A large cushioned carpeted deck with removable sunshield greets you and your guests for entertaining or star gazing. Access to bow is from either port or starboard with hand rails to assist. There is a 2 step teak ladder to swim platform from cockpit.

BRIDGE

Bimini canvas top keeps the sun and rain at bay. 3 helm chairs are positioned for clear views of all your surroundings and the instrument panel is located with all switches and controls within easy reach. Aft of helms chairs is an insolated 50QT swing back cooler seat. Controls for power davits and guest spot / flood light are located on the rocker panel.

SALON

Just a gorgeous salon for a boat of this vintage. All was designed by an interior decorator in 2015 for this boat. Beautiful fabric complements the window coverings and the chair and sofa sleeper. Pleated pull down blinds on port and starboard windows. Starboard has two chairs with round cocktail table. Just forward is a chart table and connection for laptop or TV. Multiple cabinet space is loaded with numerous spare parts. Just port of entry is a hideaway bar with sink and ample storage for your favorite beverage. Life preservers are stored beneath bar. On the port wall is sofa sleeper adding extra sleeping place for those overnight guests and a fold down oak coffee table. A very nice clean carpet completes the salon.

AFT CABIN

A very spacious owners cabin with full island berth, multiple storage lockers and bedroom vanity with mirror and seating area. The interior design continues inside this cabin with window coverings complementing the bed linens. 2 LED reading lights are mounted on the beautiful oak headboard. Windows surround the cabin for plenty of light when needed or closed off for privacy. The head is vacuflush. Vanity with sink and storage. Separate walk in stand up shower with seat for added comfort. Privacy doors block off cabin from main salon.

GALLEY

Just forward of the salon and 2 steps down is the galley on the port side. Floors have been redone in a rich dark wood color. The sink is located near the port wall and the stove and fridge are just forward. There are multiple cabinets to store all your galley needs. Included in the sale are dishes and cups. A 3 burner Princess stovetop and Seaward oven for your cooking needs. The fridge and freezer are Norcold. Starboard of galley is dinette that seats 4 and can be converted into another double sleeping area. An extra toaster oven sits on top of shelf.

GUEST CABIN & HEAD

Forward of the galley is the guest cabin. A V berth with an extra cushion to make berth more comfortable is included. The guest head is port side and accessible either from the guest cabin or from the salon area. Guest head has vacflush and vanity with sink and underneath storage. The shower is standup with wrap around shower curtains.
