51' Morgan Overview

Cavu is a 1980 51' Morgan Out Island 512 in very nice condition. She offers a Perkins 135 HP auxiliary, Kohler 8 kW generator, massive mechanical compartment, Vetus bowthruster, new hullsides paint in 2019, 2 stateroom 2 head layout, huge aft master stateroom and a lot of recent upgrades and updates. Her owners planned extensive cruising, but their plans have changed, so Cavu is rigged and ready at their expense for a new owner's liveaboard or new cruising plans.

51' Morgan Vessel Walkthrough

From the center cockpit, you step down into the salon to find the galley port aft, wrap-around seating/berth/storage port forward, folding teak table centerline forward, benchseat/berth/storage to starboard and nav station port aft. The guest stateroom, guest head with enclosed shower and crew berth/work room are forward. There is a companionway with storage and mechanical compartment access starboard aft leading to the full beam master stateroom with queen size berth and ensuite head and tub/shower. There is additional access to the mechanical compartment through a door aft of the tub/shower.

The headroom in the guest stateroom and guest shower is 6'2", 6'10" down to 6' in the salon and 6'2" in the master stateroom and tub/shower. the master stateroom berth is 6'8" long and the guest stateroom berths are 6' and 6'2" long.

51' Morgan Accommodations

Cavu offers a full-beam master stateroom aft with a queen size berth and ensuite head with tub/shower; and a guest stateroom forward with an ensuite head with enclosed shower. There are two benchseat/berths in the salon and a crew berth in the work room that converts to a counter work area also.

The salon offers wrap-around seating/berth/storage port forward, folding teak table centerline forward, benchseat/berth/storage starboard forward, book shelves, 12 fixed portlights, 4 upper windows with sun shades, 2 overhead hatches with screens and teak & maple sole (New in 2016). There is a companionway starboard aft between the salon and master stateroom that offers storage, wet locker, mechanical compartment access and is plumbed and wired for a washer/dryer.
