MAIN DESCRIPTION

Lucille is a 2004 45' DeFever raised pilothouse trawler in very nice condition. She is presently stored inside a heated shed in Maine, so new photos and video will be added after she has been launched in May. She offers twin 150 hp John Deere main engines, 8 kW Westerbeke generator, Magnum 2800 watt inverter, dual Racor fuel filters for each main engine, oil change system, Sidepower bowthruster, 400 gallon per day watermaker, some updated electronics and a two stateroom and raised pilothouse layout. Lucille is Great Loop capable.

WALKTHROUGH

From the fiberglass swimplatform, you walk through the transom door onto the covered aftdeck, where you can walk out either side deck or walk into the salon via the teak and glass door forward. Once inside the salon, you will find two Ekornes stressless lounge chairs, ottomans and cabinet to starboard, benchseats with storage and a hi/lo, folding teak table to port, galley port forward and entertainment/storage cabinet starboard forward. You can then step down to the staterooms and find the guest stateroom to port, head to starboard and master stateroom all the way forward, or you can step up into the raise pilothouse and find side deck access doors on each side and steps up to the upper deck port aft in the pilothouse.

The headroom in the salon is 6'8", 6'6" in the master stateroom, 6'7" in the guest stateroom, 6'4" in the shower, 6'8" in the pilothouse, 6'6" in the aftdeck and 4'4" forward and 2'8" aft in the engine room. The berths are all 6'8" long.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Lucille offers a master stateroom forward with an island queen size berth and a guest stateroom to port with over/under bunks. The head with enclosed shower is to starboard.

SALON

The salon offers two Ekornes stressless chairs and ottomans and a storage cabinet to starboard, two built-in benchseats with storage and a hi/lo, folding teak table to port, teak parquet sole, teak and glass door aft, Phantom roll-away screen door aft, reading lights and large side and aft windows with blinds.

The head with enclosed shower is starboard aft of the master stateroom.

GUEST STATEROOM

The guest stateroom is to port and offers over/under bunks with custom mattresses and sunbrella covers (2015)(bunks convert to a settee)(storage under lower bunk), 2 portlights, reading lights, hanging locker, storage cabinets and drawers, fold-down desk, teak parquet sole and an access door to the engine room.
