About Pappy's Cabin

Pappy's Cabin is the three cabin, one head owner's version of the very popular Beneteau 41 Oceanis. Her one and only owners purchased her new. They have made sure she is ready to sail, cruise and enjoy. She is clean, well maintained and organized on deck and below.

The cockpit is spacious and can accommodate guests and crew members. The cockpit table serves for working, entertainment and storage needs. A pushbutton transforms the aft deck/helm seat into an open transom with a swim platform. The result is a wide spacious aft portion of the cockpit that’s convenient for swimmers, snorkelers, and families who love to play in the water. The transformation is fast, so if a building breeze causes the anchorage to become less bucolic, the stern appendage can be quickly reeled in, turning the transom back into a safe enclosure. Twin wheels and steering consoles make operation, sailing and navigation comfortable, calm and effortless.

On deck, it's practical form-meets-function with secure footing and ample space aligned with guardrails, life lines and stanchions. The bow pulpit is ample with safety conscious and hull protecting double anchor rollers.  A nice and deep anchor well ensures chain and rode organization.

Sailing is enjoyable and comfortable with the sloop rig and variety of sail configurations for various weather conditions that you may meet.

The accommodations below feature private cabins, storage and living spaces. A built-in, five-step companionway ladder leads to luxurious accommodations below. The wide steps with bolstered sides keep feet from sliding off. The entire ladder assembly can be pivoted toward the overhead, affording access to the forward part of the engine.

Pappy' Cabin offers a high-volume interior with three cabins and one head interior. A sliding nav station/end table occupies the port portion of the main salon and allows the settee and nav table to be reconfigured into two seats with a small table in between.
