WALK THROUGH TOUR

Admire this Catalina's shiny green hull, teak trim and clean dual tone nonskid deck. Step aboard at gate onto deck and walk forward inside double lifelines, noting 2 dorade vents to salon and galley. At bow, observe double anchor pulpit with CQR and Fortress anchors and electric windlass. Turn aft and look up mast to see aluminum mast steps. Walk aft to cockpit and step down into large cushioned seating area. Move aft to sit at movable Captain's chair and observe well organized helm with binnacle mounted GPS chart plotter, wind, depth and speed instruments and wheel mounted autopilot. Look over stern to see folding swim ladder. Note custom dinghy davit system off stern.

Move forward and down 5 companionway steps to interior. Appreciate 6' 5" headroom, teak and holly sole and beautiful teak interior trim with green leather cushions. Observe navigation station to starboard and fully equipped U-shaped galley to port. Turn aft and walk into spacious stateroom with queen berth and settee. Move forward to salon to appreciate the space offered for entertaining family and friends surrounding U-shaped green leather cushioned settee with folding teak table to port and twin seats aside table to starboard that convert to single berth. Look around the salon and galley to appreciate ample storage cabinets and drawers.
