Aft Deck and Helm and Walkaround and Flybridge:
The aft deck and the lower helm station is covered by the underside of the fiberglass flybridge and is fully enclosed with Eisenglass. Port and starboard side on the aft deck are boarding gates and wind doors. There is some deck furniture which includes a custom table that covers a new deck hatch air conditioner that keeps the master stateroom cool, there are stools and chairs. Forward and opposite the helm is a wet bar with an ice maker and sink. The captain’s helm seat is an island seat that will seat two with storage beneath it. You also keep the fairly new 3.5 hp 4 stroke Mercury outboard, on the deck which is mounted on a bracket and crane, the outboard belongs to a newer Bass Raider tender which mounts on the transom. The lower helm is under cover and is protected by a heavy duty wraparound windshield. For electronics she has a working Standard Horizon hailer, Standard Horizon VHF, Raymarine C120 GPS, Datamarine depth finder (not 100% operational), Simrad auto pilot, Raymarine 48NM Radar, open array Radar on the hardtop, and remote pad for the ACR Remote light. Access to the bridge is up a ladder from the aft deck. The flybridge is a small, sporty bridge with two forward pedestal seats and an aft bridge bench seat. The helm is a full helm with shifters, throttles, Simrad auto pilot, Datamarine depth finder, Raymarine, GPS and Standard Horizon VHF The helm and seats have full canvas covers. The 46 has a good walkaround. At the bow is a large pulpit with a windlass, fender racks are on both sides; there are two storage boxes.
Owner Stateroom and Bathroom:
The 46 Bertram has a comfortable aft full beam master state room with a queen bed, under the bed are pullout drawers. In the room is a vanity with mirror. Recessed LED lights have been installed. Both sides of the room are hull side windows, on the bulkhead are mirrors, the room has two hanging lockers. In the owner’s stateroom is the owner’s head with a standup shower tub. The old commode was replaced with a Rayitan macerator toilet a sink with adjustable faucet, hull side window and large mirror along with new LED lightening, The head and the owner’s stateroom both have solid privacy doors.
Salon and Galley and Bow:
The salon is comfortable. The headliner is in great condition with new recessed lights installed. The salon sole has a dark wood veneer and dual fully eclectically adjustable recliners. Cooling the salon is a new Cooper and Hunter air conditioning – heater-dehumidifier. Along with a new spare dehumidifier in main salon if needed. On the port side is access to the electrical panel. Both hull sides have large windows with new miniblinds in main salon and new thermal reflective and window tint to keep the salon cooler along with sun shades on the exterior of the windows.
The galley and the dinette are forward and down. The galley has plenty of cupboard space and pull out drawers. For cooking there is a Princess oven stove and a microwave oven. There is a standup Whirlpool refrigerator freezer. The dinette is to the port side of the galley and will sit four comfortably, with storage underneath the seats. The dinette will also break down into a bed. Forward of the galley is a utility room with new washing machine. In the forward bow room is a new dryer and storage. There is one deck hatch and two hanging closets. Because the vessel is a liveaboard, the owner converted the forward head into the pantry.
Engines and Hull:
She is powered with twin 8V71TI’s at 435 HP. The starboard motor has 1,853 hours and the port has 1,832 hours as of September 4, 2023. The vessel has a 15.0KW freshwater cooled Onan generator in a sound shield with 1,105 hours. The Bertram has new bottom paint as of 7-1-2022. New 12 volt battery charger, new 32 volt battery charger, new water heater, new raw water sea strainer, new galvanic isolator, two anchors, misc. parts. The vessel has spare props and shafts. SS 120 volt emergency bilge pump w/50ft flat discharge hose, emergency exhaust discharge plug. The boat has dual water systems (dock pressurized fresh water and storage tank fresh water) plumbed to galley and master head, and multiple electrical system (32VDC, 12 VDC and 120 VAC for ships power and lightening.
