Description

Offered by her original owner, with a captain who has been onboard since it’s build and launch, AUK VI is a special and unique collaboration of C. Raymond Hunt Associates and John G. Alden Design’s Niels Helleberg, taking advantage of Hunt hulls seakeeping ability and comfort but also combining the layout features of their previous Alden sailboat which they enjoyed. Lyman Morse, with its excellent history of custom build Hunt designs, was selected to execute a fast, efficient and seaworthy vessel capable of long offshore passages while also being spacious and comfortable.

Winters have been spent in indoor heated storage with only light summer cruising in New England. Meticulously maintained with a high attention to detail: paint, soft goods, varnish and all normal wear areas are in excellent condition. AUK VI can be seen by appointment.  This Hunt Deep-V hull, Alden interior design and Lyman-Morse build quality combine to create a very special traditionally styled yacht.
