The saloon is accessed via port and starboard side deck doors on aluminum tracks, two (2) steps down. The staterooms are forward V berth port and starboard bunks, one below the other, with stowage beneath and drawers down. To port is a hanging locker. A hatch on the forward bulkhead accesses the anchor locker. The stern master stateroom is down three steps. Fine teak joinery with integrated cabinets and two forward bulkhead hanging closets and a vanity/sitting area. Ensuite head with stall shower is forward to port. Lighting comes from sliding side windows and liner recessed lighting. Teak bulkheads, teak parquet sole. Down starboard head with stand-up shower, teak grabrails, sink with vanity mirror, and recessed lighting. Inside is a lockable panel on the shower bulkhead access to the lower station's wiring. Three steps, which lift to provide crawl-in engine area access, lead up to the level with saloon and lower helm station. There's plenty of room for dining in the saloon, with its starboard L-shaped cream co-colored vinyl settee. The starboard lower helm station has a double helm seat and beautiful teak and holly spoked wheel. Port is a teak entertainment console. A chocolate-colored vinyl swivel chair in saloon and 45" x 27" +/- teak glass insert coffee table pedestal mounted. Light fixtures are incandescent liner lights and brass spot incandescent lights.
Galley
U shaped down midship to port with white Formica laminate oak fiddled cabinet tops. In counter top garbage bin, Stowage cabinetry above and beneath galley counter tops.
SINKS:
A double white rectangle shaped sink in the galley with Grohe long stem faucet with sprayer.
REFRIGERATION:
A Norcold refrigerator/freezer AC/DC model #DE-461, serial:913150HE per label. The box is front opening and is an integral part of the galley. Rocker breaker at fridge.
STOVE/OVEN:
Galley Maid; Empress, Three (3) burner with oven 110 volt electric.
MICROWAVE:
The black in color, G&E Convection, was operated to heat a cup of water.
Heads
There are two (2) electric heads raw water flush on board. The forward head to starboard has an oval cream inset sink basin Grohe single handle faucet, cream Formica oak fiddled counter top, bulkhead, teak framed mirror on gunwale, teak sole, and a vacuum flush toilet with type 1 waste system. Located to port in suite aft cabin head has an oval white insert porcelain sink basin, tan Formica counter top, a teak outlined mirror on the head cabinet doors, electric flush toilet, and stand-alone showering area. Ventilation fan. Shower sump and holding tank monitors with in heads.
SHOWERS:
Stand up showering is accomplished by using the separate fully enclosed shower in the heads, Grohe double handle faucet with translucent glass within polished aluminum frames.
Tanks
TANKS/CAPACITY/MATERIAL:
There are 600 +/- gallons, Aluminum Alexander Marine CO fuel tanks, material:5086-H32, two (2) are 150 gals. Each and one is a 300 gals.
Engines
Twin, Caterpillar, Model:3208 series Silver Edition, serial number:75V11199, and serial #: 75V11190, 210HP@2800RPM, V8 cylinder, vertical fresh water cooled, In line four stroke cycle.
ENGINE ALARMS:
Lower helm, analog gauge low oil pressure alarm range: 0 - 145, VDO analog RPM x 100 (0 - 30), analog gauge volt meter range: 8 - 16 and analog gauge for coolant over heat warning range:105 - 250. The transmission oil pressure: 0 - 350 both visual and audible. Fuel gauge lower helm. Flybridge helm, analog gauge low oil pressure alarm range: 0 - 145, VDO analog RPM x 100 (0 - 30), analog gauge volt meter range: 8 - 16 and analog gauge for coolant over heat warning range:105 - 250. The transmission oil pressure: 0 - 350 both visual and audible. Ignition switch located lower
helm, three (3) bilge pump rocker switches and red shut down buttons, horn button, and instrument lighting.
THROTTLE CONTROLS:
Morse mechanical twin control lever/cable type, at both lower and upper helm has electronic twin control station.
Engine throttle controls and shift controls allows the engines to start in gear at both helms.
BILGE BLOWERS:
12 VDC blowers are located in the engine room areas. The blower is turned on and off at helm stations.
EMERGENCY SHUT DOWN:
Mechanical pull cable located in engine panel in saloon.
INSULATION:
Sound deadening insulation was noted on inside covers of engine area.
ENGINE MOUNTS AND BED:
Main engine beds are thought to be wood encased in FRP longitudinal stringers. In conjunction, adjustable motor mounts are thru bolted to the stringers with stainless steel bolts, and steel backing plates to secure the engines to the hull stringer structure.
VENTILATION:
Natural, 43"L x 6"H flow ventilation provided by hull vents.
EXHAUST SYSTEM:
The boat has a wet exhaust system, which is bonded. Seawater is used to cool the engines fresh water-cooling system through a heat exchanger, which is then injected into the exhaust to cool the exhaust gases. Barrel shaped muffler separates the exhaust into gas and water. The mufflers are located aft outboard of engines. Water/exhaust is discharged above the water line under the swim
platform on the sides of the transom. Exhaust hose is doubled clamped that exit thru hull.
PROP SHAFTS:
Stainless steel 2" shafts.
COOLING SYSTEM
TYPE:
Fresh water-cooled via a heat exchanger. Seawater enters the engines through seacocks located
engine bilge area. The water passes through bronze strainers to raw water pumps on engines. The brass slotted hull strainers. Engines high water temperature gauges in cockpit alert captain.

Lead acid battery powered 12 VDC system. Eight (4) Optima Blue Top batteries system main engines (NEW). two (2) 12 VDC group 24 for house. Gen set group 27 wet cell starting battery NEW. Two (2) electronic Trojan 6 VDC golf cart wet cell batteries stored flybridge beneath aft seating.

Smart Switch LED monitor of System Voltage of the Rotary type Three (2) ways, 12 VDC located main VDC panel.

The Ocean Alexander 423 Classico main electrical panel 12 VDC, rocker type, forty two (42) horizontal switches are properly labeled was mounted saloon main 12 VDC panel. 12 VDC at the lower helm station with ten (10) separate rocker breakers.
CHARGING SYSTEM:
Engine mounted, 12 VDC output. Engine and house batt charger Xantrex, TrueCharge 40+ Amps, Remote Schumacher Speed Charge, model: WM-600A digital flybridge battery bank area, and Guest Charge Pro 10-amp, Gen Set engine room port forward bulkhead.

Number: Set of two (2) starboard midship cabin trunk, Hubbell weathered protected stainless steel cap inlets, Rating of 125 volts, 30/125 amp, one 30/125 amp.
SHORE POWER CORD:
Cords: Two (2) 50' long Vinyl 30 amps 125 volts.
AC SOURCE SELECTOR SWITCH:
Manual rotary switch circuit breaker type switch located at VAC main distribution panel in the Saloon to stbd. Served shore power and Genset.
MAIN BREAKER:
The Ocean Alexander 423 Classico main electrical breaker is located on the VAC distribution panel starboard lower helm and is of the manual rocker circuit double pole breaker types shore power and reversed polarity indicators on main panel. Four (4) two pole rocker breakers for 110 VAC master breakers.
BRANCH BREAKERS:
Number: Eighteen (18) individually switch branch rocker breakers. Location: Main V.A.C. panel, saloon.
CIRCUIT LOAD MONITORS:
Voltage Meter: Two (2) voltage meters range 0 to 150 volts. Amp Meters: Two (2) range 0 to 100 amps.

GENERATORS AND INVERTERS
Westerbeke Diesel generator aft engine space fwd. Model: 8.0/6.BTD, serial number:103889.

FUEL FILTER:
Remote Racor filter/water separator and engine mount spin on/off type.
EXHAUST SYSTEM:
Centex lift type FRP (fiber reinforced plastic). Raw water cooled, 2" exhaust hose with flexible coupling sections double clamped.
INVERTER:

Number of Stations: Helm station lower 26" diameter x 6 six spokes custom teak steering wheel and flybridge helm a six (6) spokes stainless steel destroyer type steering wheel. Lines and fittings are copper steering hose and reinforced flexible hoses, with metallic fittings. Actuator cylinder and Hydraulic Steering Ram.

Ground Tackle
Primary anchor is a Bruce 62lbs claw which is catted at the bow with 250 feet +/- of chain 3/8". Secondary Danforth T4000 style fluke 40lbs +/- secondary rode is 100 feet and 150 feet of chain. Properly shackled and affixed to chain bitter end attached to vessel.
