The Sea Ray 340 Amberjack is a great family boat offering something for everyone. This capable express cruiser will easily handle a day offshore catching fish or spend a long weekend away living comfortably in the luxurious well-appointed cabin. This Amberjack is powered by reliable proven 8.1 Mercruiser engines with low (550) hours on the clock. This boat has spent most of its life in brackish water and she presents that way. A well optioned boat with every box checked at delivery.
Headroom at the helm measure 6'9" while in the salon it measures 6'3" and in the single bath, 6'2".
She has been recently winterized and shrink-wrapped (11/22) but has an access door for viewing.

From the wide fiberglass swim platform, you will enter through a transom door on the port side. The massive full beam (13'5") cockpit awaits you with non-skid decking. Optional navy-blue snap in carpet is ready for use if needed in the cockpit. Looking to starboard you will find an L shaped wrap around removable bench seat or if removed for a fishing trip you can use the wide flip up transom seat. Fresh and salt water washdowns are just inside the transom door and an in floor insulated fish box is in the floor at centerline under the transom. An in floor live recirculating baitwell is adjacent to the fish box also in the cockpit floor.
Molded in steps will take you to the wide side decks allowing full 360-degree access to the bow. Once on the bow, a Lofrans windlass with foot pedal controls will control anchor duties. There is also a freshwater anchor wash down located just inside the anchor locker. Stainless bow rails and cleats are throughout all areas forward.
Moving back to the cockpit, directly forward on the port side you will find an aft facing bench seat with storage below. To starboard, you will see a unique dual purpose wet bar/ fish bait rigging station complete with a freshwater sink and built-in garbage bin. Two steps up to the helm area you will find double bench seating to port with a navigation station fronting the seat with a chart area. To starboard you will find the helm station. The power double wide Captain chair sits atop more storage and a Uline Icemaker ( inop. but freezer works). The impressive helm station features newer Raymarine dual chartplotters, a newer Raymarine vhf radio, and easily identifiable Sea Ray controls.
Centerline you will find a sliding door to access the salon three steps down. Once inside, you will find a luxuriously appointed cabin. To port there is a wet head with Vacuflush toilet. Further forward to port there is a well-appointed galley with a 2-burner electric stove, a microwave oven and a Norcold fridge. a newer flat screen smart TV is mounted above the counter in the galley. Storage is abundant in the galley.
Across from the galley is a dinette with comfortable seating for four. The dinette can be converted to a double berth for overnight guests. Moving forward is the master angles double berth complete with sliding privacy doors.
Abundant storage is found throughout all interior cabin areas. Electrical panels are found on the centerline bulkhead just adjacent to the salon entry stairs.
The engine room is accessed through either an entry door between the helm seats for fluid checks or a press of a switch and the entire cockpit floor raises to give full access to all areas of the engine room.
34 Amberjack accomodations
FishNChips4 features an angled double berth in the bow. Factory throw pillows and bedspread are in like new condition. the forward berth mattress measure at 7'6" x 5'
The midship starboard dinette also converts to a double berth for overnight guests.
There is one head on board with a Vacu-flush toilet, a molded fiberglass sink with a pull-out sprayer for on board showers. Head room in the bath measures 6'2"
34 Amberjack salon
The salon offers seating for 4 on the starboard side dinette. Soft leatherette seating and a Corian surfaced table can also be converted to a double berth. Storage cabinets can be found above and below the dinette. Across from the dinette is a galley featuring a granite-colored fiberglass countertop with a molded in sink with stainless faucet. The galley features upper and lower storage cabinets with designated glass and plate storage and a cutlery insert. For cooking on board, the galley has a 2-burner electric stove with a power vent, and a built-in microwave. An under counter fridge/freezer are easily accessed.
A newly installed wall mounted smart TV faces the dinette from the galley wall.
The aft entry wall to the salon houses the house electrical panel. Tasteful cherry veneer cabinetry with brass accents is found throughout the salon in classic Sea Ray fashion. Accent and task lighting are easily within reach by switches at all areas.
