40’ Sea Casa Vessel Walkthrough

Entering Sea Casa from the fiberglass swim platform, you will notice a large stern storage unit that opens on a flip of the switch. The cockpit is easily accessible through the stainless steel transom gate, either through the starboard or port side. You will find ample amount of seating in the cockpit area for plenty of guests for entertaining and sink and ice maker to the starboard side. Entering the helm station located on the starboard side there is plenty of seating for the Captain and their mates. The companionway on the port side, with a few steps down enters into the large open cabin with head space of over 6’6 ft throughout. The galley is on the port side with stove top, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and extra freezer. On the starboard side a large wrap around couch with a dinette table that can open up to a large table or adjusts down for an additional sleeping area and 2 bar stoles for extra seating. Forward to the port side you have a head with a separate stand up or sit down shower. Full forward the master state room with a large queen size berth. Mid-Aft in the cabin is another stateroom for the guests, which includes a queen size berth, sink and a day head.  

40’ Sea Casa Salon/Dinette

The Salon offers a large wrap around couch which has amble amount of storage underneath the cushions. A large dinette table that opens to a huge eating area also drops down for extra sleeping arrangements. The salon includes a TV with speakers, teak & holly sole flooring and large windows to bring in natural light.

40’ Sea Casa Master Stateroom

The master stateroom is forward of the salon with a queen size bed, ensuite vanity and sink. Lift the bed for easy access to a large storage area which holds the bar stoles and extra equipment. Lots of natural light and hanging lockers with a flat screen TV. The head room of 6’4 and the bed length of over 6’2.

40’ Sea Casa Guest Stateroom

The guest stateroom is located Mid-aft of the salon with a queen size bed. It has an ensuite day head and sink. Large window for natural light, storage underneath the bed, with head room of 6’1 and the bed length of 6’.

40’ Sea Casa Aft deck

The aft deck has amble amount of seating with storage underneath each seat. The floor is nonskid-decking with a scissor table that lifts up from the floor for a large eating area (The table is currently inoperable). Behind the helm is a sink with running water and an icemaker. The aft deck is equipped with a full stereo. Fresh water wash down and a full bimini with Esinglass to enclose the front cockpit area. All seating and helm have custom covers.
