Upgrades/improvements:


Hull the below water-line and the keel were resurfaced and Bottom painted - April 2024


Deck and non-skid gangways were resurfaced/painted - October 2024


Windows, portholes, and Hatches were reseated September 2024


New shore power line installed and rewired


An additional 30-amp electrical panel was installed

All interior walls were completely reconditioned and recarpeted


'Marine Air' air conditioner w/heat (heat pump) was installed and ducted through the boat.


Instrument panels in the cockpit were upgraded, and the instruments were replaced and rewired to the electrical panel.


1999 YANMAR 3GM30 Inspected and maintained July 2024 - In good condition


Sails in good condition


Installed new 2-stage water filtration system


Installed new Hot Water Heater. Hot water is available everywhere


The head is completely updated with a working toilet, new water lines, and shower system. The shower bilge system was also completely replaced


7.5 cubic foot ice box upgraded to a refrigerator


The aft cabin and V-birth cushions were replaced with memory foam mattresses 


V-birth air vents (2) were replaced


12V cabin lights over the kitchen counter, ice-box, and head sink all replaced
