Seaward 25 Decks

On Deck Oglethorpe has a sturdy bowsprit with anchor roller, oversized Furlex roller reefing system, and self-tailing winches. The side decks are wide for a vessel this size and stations of good height make going forward safe and easy. The gel coat is oxidized but free from cracks or other damage.

Cockpit

In the cockpit there is cushioned seating for 4-6. There is a raised helm seat at the binnacle with wheel steering, compass and engine controls. The battery switch is located in the large watertight locker to port. The depth sounder is placed conveniently in the lower hatch board.

Accommodations

Oglethorpe has a large companionway with 2 steps down to the main cabin. The layout is open with galley to port and quarter-berth to starboard and private head and V-berth forward of the salon. The Galley has an Origo 2 burner stove, large basin with bronze hand pump, cutting board and ice-box. The versatile salon has comfortable seating for 4 and can be converted to additional berth. There are 6 opening ports for ventilation.
