This 1992 Luhrs 35 Tournament is a nice sportfish that offers many upgrades in order to make your time on the water as enjoyable as it can be. Luhrs Deck

While boarding the boat from the aft deck, directly on the port side is the ladder that climbs up to the helm and navigation center.

Behind the ladder is a large storage hatch with a pop-up lid. 

To starboard, there is a pop-up hatch which houses a wet sink or storage compartment.

Turning 180 degrees to face aft, there is a large storage compartment which runs nearly the full beam and houses a rolled-up hose as well as other deck equipment.

Between the aft compartment and the door to the entrance of the salon is a latched compartment which covers the area with access to dual batteries as well as the fuel tank.

In the port aft corner is an access "tuna door" which is utilized in fishing or loading gear or equipment from the waterline.

The port gunnel also offers a stainless pulley hoist which can also be used for raising a fish or any large gear from outside the boat and onto the deck.

Luhrs Salon

Entering the cabin through the door leading from the deck, you walk into a roomy and naturally light area.

To port there is a short, modern, L-shaped couch which seats an adjustable height wooden table in the curve of it.

Along the wall behind the couch there are curtains on a sliding rack that cover the windows the run nearly the length of the couch.

On that same wall there is the Luhrs Yacht circuit breaker, an Apelco external speaker, Standard Horizon radio control and a new Fusion MS-UD750 radio system. 

On the starboard side there is a long couch that matches the L-shaped couch in style and behind that are matching curtains that cover the same length of windows.

The starboard couch can convert into full a size sleeper in order to accommodate other guests on the boat.

There is approximately 79 inches of headspace clearance in the salon as well as having 9 fishing rod holders along the ceiling. 

Galley

The galley begins and features a double sink with hot & cold water.

There is a two-burner stove top, and below that is a Vitrifigo fridge, as well as a small GE turntable microwave.

There is also a small stainless steel icemaker in between the entrance of the galley from the salon.

The galley sports multiple drawers and a small pantry as well as below sink storage.

You have an increasing headspace starting at 77 inches as the lowest and rising in the galley.

Head accomodations

Leaving the galley and going down the steps, to port is one of the entrances to the head which has a small sink with dual storage underneath as well as a mirrored back wall.

Aft of the sink is a separate shower offering hot and cold water with a sliding glass door.

The vessel offers an electric head with multiple overhead storage compartments.

There is a second door as well which leads directly into the master suite instead of the companionway. 

The shower has 80 inches of headspace where the rest of the head offers 78 inches throughout.

Master suite

In the master suite, on both port & starboard sides are small hanging lockers.

Parallel shelved walls run the length of the room on either side of the bed which also offers under bed storage.

The bed is considered an island berth.

There is a mirror behind the bed & a skylight window directly above the matress.

The suite has a headspace clearance of 74 inches.

Engines

Crusader 454 gas engines.

Port engine recently was serviced while the new starboard engine was put in. Port engine hours are currently unknown but all new risers & a new head were installed roughly 50 hours ago

The boat offers a new rebuilt starboard engine with minimal but unknown hours on it as well, owner estimates roughly 50 hours since rebuild. (2020)

There is an Onan marina genset with approximately 249 hours on it

Luhrs Flybridge

Climbing up the deck ladder to the flybridge, you'll notice multiple seating options as well as a tall ceiling with an organized and spacious navigation center.

The helm and navigation center of the boat offers a single, padded, captain's chair, two seating areas on either side of the driving station and an electric pop-up technology center in the console.

The entire area is enclosed in isinglass.

There are two VHF radios, a Garmin depth finder, Garmin EchomapSV, Morse engine controls, a Ritchie compass and the original Luhrs dashboard with gauges.

There are 81 inches of headspace clearance in the flybridge.

 A Brand New Garmin Reactor 40 autopilot system was just installed on the boat as well.
