Description

Blue Haven is a 2004 34' American Tug in very nice condition with numerous upgrades. She is presently in Winter storage, so updated photos and video will be added as soon as she is launched in the Spring. She offers a single Cummins 380 HP main engine, Northern Lights 6 kW generator, Sidepower bow and stern thrusters, oil change system, Magnum 2000 watt inverter, AIS, Awlcraft Aristo Blue painted hull and a clean, uncluttered interior. Her sellers completed a circumnavigation of Lake Superior and spent last Summer in Nova Scotia and have now decided it is time to move on to other adventures. Blue Haven is Great Loop capable.

34' American Tug Vessel Walkthrough

From the fiberglass swimplatform, you can enter the aftdeck through the transom gate and step up molded-in steps on each side to either side deck, step up the stainless steel ladder to the flybridge or step into the salon via the Diamond Seaglaze weather tight door. Once inside the salon, you will find the galley to starboard, hanging locker/storage cabinet port aft, L-shaped seating and hi/lo table that converts into a double size berth to port. Walk forward and step up into the pilothouse with a side deck access door on each side, helm to starboard and benchseat on each side. The access to the master stateroom with ensuite head and enclosed shower is port forward. Engine room access is via two pilothouse sole hatches. All window screens were replaced in 2019. LED lighting throughout the boat.


The headroom in the salon is 6'5", 6'7" on the aftdeck, 6'8" in the pilothouse and in the master stateroom and 6'4" in the shower. The master stateroom berth length is 6'5".

Blue Haven offers a master stateroom forward with an island queen size berth with ensuite head and enclosed shower. The salon seating and hi/lo table convert to a double size berth also.

The salon offers L-shaped seating with a hi/lo teak & holly table that convert into a double size berth to port, hanging locker/storage cabinet port aft, carpet, opening side windows and aft window with blinds, bookshelves and reading lights.

The master stateroom offers an island queen size berth, carpet, overhead hatch with Oceanair screen/shade, 2 portlights, reading lights, storage cabinets, two hanging lockers, bookshelf, anchor chain locker access and an ensuite head with enclosed shower. There is direct access to this head from the companionway and there is additional storage in the companionway.

The raised pilothouse offers a helm to starboard, side deck access door on each side, chart book drawer forward, two benchseats (Foam replaced), storage drawers, storage under side steps, carpet, Roca windshield wipers, reading lights, opening side windows and aft window and engine room access.

The aftdeck offers a half hardtop, non-skid deck, transom gate, molded-in steps to each side deck, stainless steel ladder to the flybridge, hot/cold fresh water shower, storage locker starboard forward, lazarette access, tender davit controls, Magma stainless steel BBQ grill (2018), Engle 40 quart freezer (2018) and a Diamond Seaglaze weather tight door to the salon.
