Anna Mae is a well outfitted 2018 Ranger Tug 29 Command Bridge that has been very nicely maintained throughout its single ownership. The boat features a factory installed flybridge with bimini and canvas covers, fully enclosed cockpit with a factory installed cockpit helm to starboard, a propane stove, oven and Magma grill with propane storage on the swim platform and both diesel and engine heating. The Volvo Penta D4 300 hp main diesel engine provides more than enough power to cruise this boat upward of 15 knots. A solar panel has also been installed to provide an additional charging option for the batteries. 29 Ranger Tug Command Bridge Overview

Anna Mae is a well outfitted 2018 Ranger Tug 29 Command Bridge that has been very nicely maitained throughout its single ownership. The boat features a factory installed flybridge with bimini and canvas covers, fully enclosed cockpit with a factory installed cockpit helm to starboard, a propane stove, oven and Magma grill with propane storage on the swim platform and both diesel and engine heating. 29 Ranger Tug Command Bridge Walk Through

From the fiberglass swim platform, you step through the starboard transom door into the cockpit. On the cockpit, you walk into the main cabin through the large glass and aluminum hinged door to port or up the molded steps to the flybridge. Once inside the main cabin, you will find the galley along the port bulkhead with a navigators chair forward to port, the convertible 4 place dinette\cockpit seat\captains bench seat\additional berth to starboard, the guest cabin below the dinette and the helm forward to starboard. The master stateroom and head is down and forward from the helm. Engine room access is via the electric lift lazarette hatch.

Anna Mae offers a master stateroom forward with an island queen sized berth and direct access to the head, a guest stateroom aft and to starboard in the main cabin with a full size berth and the dinette can convert to sleep 1-2 additional guests.

29 Ranger Tug Command Bridge Main Cabin

The bright and airy main cabin features a comfortable 4 place dinette that converts to a Captains bench seat, a berth to sleep 1-2 additional guests and an additional cockpit seat. The entrance to the guest stateroom is aft of the dinette to starboard, a nice size galley with all the necessary equipment along the port bulkhead and the helm forward of the dinette. The sole is synthetic teak and holly with a teak and holly custom made carpet covering. The forward side windows open and include screens and curtains and the glass panel aft of the dinette folds up to open to the cockpit. A flat screen folds down from above the aft dinette seat and can rotate to enjoy the TV from the main cabin or cockpit.

GALLEY

The galley is located along the port bulkhead in the main cabin and features:

29 Ranger Tug Command Bridge Master Stateroom

The master stateroom is forward and offers an island queen sized berth with under berth storage, reading lights, synthetic teak and holly sole, two overhead hatch with screens, two portlights both port and starboard, a hanging bar to port, storage cabinets and shelves, Epson XP-6100 printer and direct access to the head. A large flat screen TV with built-in DVD player, Fusion MS-UD755 stereo with speakers provide entertainment inside and outside the boat.

The guest stateroom is aft and to starboard in the main cabin and offers a full size berth with a reading light and privacy hatch.

This yacht features a wet head with:

29 Ranger Tug Command Bridge Cockpit

The cockpit is completely enclosed with a canvas bimini, isinglass side and rear panels with screens and features a factory installed cockpit helm that includes a ships wheel, engine monitoring display and a Volvo Penta throttle and shifter control. There are three fold down bench seats and a hardwood table aft center that can also be used for dining or entertaining. An additional small refrigerator is located forward to port in the cockpit. There are molded steps up to the flybridge to port and access to the narrow side walkways on both sides. There are four hatches in the lazarette for access to the engine, storage, steering and battery compartments. The port, starboard and aft hatches are manual lift and the center engine room hatch is opened with an electric lift. On the swim platform a Magna propane grill is attached to the aft rail, swim platform fenders are attached aft and weaver davit receivers are installed. A propane locker with two tanks is mounted on the swim platform as well.

This yacht features a factory installed flybridge (command bridge) with bimini cover, helm bench seat that flips up and over to provide additional seating to the flybridge table aft, plastic\removable table, aft forward facing bench seat, single solar panel and roof master storage bag. Michael was born and raised in the lower peninsula of Michigan and was exposed early to the waters of the Great Lakes, spending a good amount of his childhood enjoying fishing and pleasure cruising on these waters. Michael enlisted in the United States Navy as an Electronic Technician and spent over four years at sea in the Mediterranean, North Atlantic, Caribbean and Western Pacific.

As an honorably discharged veteran of the Persian Gulf War, Michael made the decision to take the skills and experiences he acquired during his military service to the civilian market where he has spent over 20 years in various technology related industries and business operations roles. Michael holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and his international business experience provides him with an exceptional foundation to manage all aspects of the yacht buying and selling business worldwide.

Michael joined Curtis Stokes in 2013 looking for a new adventure in the yacht brokerage business, following his passion for boating. Michael is the senior yacht broker with Curtis Stokes & Associates, Inc. He focusing almost exclusively on assisting great loop members to help them find the right boat for their adventure and sell the boat when they are ready.

Michael continues to own and operate his Great Loop yacht, The Perch out of Charleston, SC where he is also the harbor host. He completed the Great Loop in the 2016-2017 fleet and is planning to get his platinum status in 2022. Michael’s love of the water and boating continues below the surface as he is a certified scuba diver, diving primarily in Mexico and Florida. Additionally Michael holds a Private Pilot’s license.
