Paul Malone grew up on the Chester River and Chesapeake bay skiing, cruising and sailing. After selling his first boat to buy an engagement ring, Paul settled in Arlington, VA to raise a family. As soon as feasible, Paul got back on the water out of Deale MD and he successfully raised a few more water lovers spending countless hours in the middle bay.

Over the years Paul owned and managed several large, twin-engine cruisers, a single screw turbo diesel and many smaller outboards from 19′ to 24′. Paul personally rebuilt systems on his 38′ Monroe including adding an entire interior second station and countless fiberglass and finish projects. Over this period Paul also obtained his OUPV with towing endorsement captains license in 2016.

Paul spent the brunt of his professional career in information technology where he personally sold and supported services in a highly competitive market. Paul has successfully executed and managed many small and large contracts of values from tens of thousands to tens of millions. Paul believes that all deals should be long term relationships that mature into mutually beneficial partnerships.

Paul is actively applying his professional and boating experience helping other passionate boaters get to that next step in their boating adventure.
