Matt Fox is originally from the Chesapeake Bay area and has a strong love for its tidal tributaries and the fantastic boating and fishing opportunities it provides. After owning many boats over the years, he and his wife spent the last few living aboard their Island Gypsy trawler, thoroughly embracing the cruising and marina lifestyle it awarded them. Chasing warmer weather and year round boating they have since relocated to Cape Coral, Florida.

Matt believes integrity, professionalism and communication are the key to ensure satisfaction with his clients. He also believes that superior photos and video combined with detailed listings are essential in helping buyers make good decisions, and sellers close faster.

Matt is a current member of the MTOA and AGLCA. He brings over 20 years of experience in sales & operations and a passion of the yachting industry. He truly enjoys the trawler lifestyle, the purpose they provide in long distance travel and the adventure they offer to their owners. He especially enjoys helping new clients who are getting started in the cruising and live aboard lifestyle and prides himself with his knowledge to successfully guide clients through both the buying and selling process.
