The boat is very clean with a smooth bottom paint job, very clean bilges, plus an excellent annual maintenance program. The boat is currently winterized and inside Katlynn Marina’s large storage building. The topsides and bridge deck are loosely covered with a large plastic tarp to keep the dust and dirt off the canvas. The cover will be removed for showings.

Accommodations:
Double berth forward with private head and Vacuflush toilet.
Step Down Galley is aft of the forward stateroom to port and offers abundant storage and a teak parquet floor. Up one step to the dinette that converts to a double.
Up one more step and the spacious salon greets you with excellent ambient lighting. Teak paneling trim throughout and neutral tones on the sofa and counters.
Full beam master stateroom with ensuite private head and Vacuflush toilet is aft with double to port and an easy exit through sliding doors to the aft cockpit.
The aft cockpit is one of the most exciting and sought-after features of this 390. It provides a whole new dimension to your boating lifestyle. You can fish, swim or dive conveniently from the safety of the cockpit and it also makes line handling much easier when getting underway or returning to port. The best aspect of all, it's fully accessible from the aft master stateroom via a solid Plexiglas sliding door. It's just like having your own private balcony.
Up a few steps to the upper aft deck that provides for a comfortable entertainment space for family and friends. It makes for a very spacious area to relax and unwind after an exciting day on the water. The helm area is nicely situated and is the obvious focal point on the bridge. The radar arch and hardtop over the aft upper deck provides for a perfect storage area for a dingy or any other watersport items you might desire.
The overall layout of the 390 Cockpit MY certainly delivers on its promise of big boat accommodations.
