This boat has been a freshwater boat its whole life until November 2021! Original owner ordered her from the factory, but then sold her right away for a larger boat. Previous owner had her since 2004 in a covered slip on Lake Monroe in Sanford, FL. Boat bottom has been cleaned monthly, and has dime/quarter size blisters. In May 2022, she cruised from Palm Coast to Marathon, FL for a month. 2023 all new carpet in main salon. In October 2022 generator carburetor, oil/fuel filter, fuel pump, sparkplugs, water impeller, engine belts, raw water impellers, flybridge bimini canvas, and C120 chartplotter screen were replaced. In April 2022 engine oil & filters, engine sparkplugs, engine fuel filters, all batteries, stateroom carpet, forward shower bilge, aft shower bilge were replaced, all navigation light fixtures were replaced with LED lights, aft salon sink/icemaker was replaced with mini fridge/freezer, rear berth was widened, and mattress was replaced.
