Great blue water vessel capable of crossing oceans as well as being the perfect coastal cruiser. She is well equipped for cruising including radar, gps/chartplotter, ais, autopilot, HVAC, and much more. This well-maintained yacht was built in France and designed by the Berret Racoupeau team to be a highly capable racer, being able to be single-handed, as well as a fantastic family cruiser. This yacht will keep you safe and dry with its high displacement hull and the ability to handle swell with ease. The higher center cockpit layout is well protected from sea spray. All lines lead directly to the large cockpit for ease of handling while single-handing the boat or with a crew. The hull features the Beneteau structural hull liner, which ensures an even distribution of rigging stresses while providing rigidity and easy maintenance. The Beneteau Center Cockpit hulls are thicker/stronger than Beneteau, Aft-Cockpit hulls. The cast-iron keel is a wing shape designed to combine performance and safety. The interior accommodations rival that of much larger sailboats in both size and amenities. Spacious saloon with a Chartplotter nook, bright galley featuring lots of counter space, and cabinet storage. Two cabins, the owner's aft cabin features a large double bed, seating area, and two full-size closets. Being a center cockpit the aft cabin is large with good headroom to move around quite comfortably. The interior woodwork has been very well maintained. Massive engine room with space for a generator and easy access to all of the mechanical. All maintenance paperwork on file, the maintenance has been done for the most part by the local shipyard in Kemah Texas. Dingy and Motor available separately, ask the broker for details.
