This Ericson 38-200 is a highly regarded Bruce King-designed performance racer/cruiser--solid, quick, reliable, and comfortable. "Dulce Maestra" has been well-loved, with numerous replacements and upgrades over the past 10 years. 6'6" Draft.
Since 2012, "Dulce Maestra" has been used fewer than 6 months a year, so the upgrades are virtually 5 years old. The following are new or substantially rebuilt, repaired, or upgraded:

The Main Salon is spacious and inviting, with comfortable and attractive new upholstery 2016. Long settee to starboard; Teak table and wrap-around seat to port. Shelves, cupboards, and bookshelves on both sides. Large and deep storage bins below and behind seating areas. Lewmar hatch above and numerous opening port lights ensure ventilation and lighting. Teak and Holly cabin sole; partially replaced 2012.
NAV STATION: Dedicated navigation table with ample desk space, lift-up storage, drawers, VHF, SSB, and electric panel adjacent. Hanging locker directly aft.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Forward cabin with double V-Berth, aft cabin with double berth, full head, spacious salon and galley.
GALLEY:

Hull
DESIGN: Renowned Bruce King design and construction.

CONDITION: Good.
In 2012, the entire hull below the waterline was taken down to bare fiberglass. Osmotic blisters opened, drained, and sanded. Fiberglass replaced as necessary. New Interlux barrier coat. New bottom paint. Since 2012, the boat has been hauled every 2-3 years. As necessary, osmotic blisters repaired and then covered with new barrier coat. New bottom paint (Pettit Trinidad HD Antifouling Paint): 3+ coats on bottom; 4+ coats at waterline and leading edges. Above the waterline, the hull was sanded and repainted in 2012, with new black stripe. Looks sharp!
Exclusions
Artwork on walls, rugs, pillows in salon, kayaks shown in some photos. Also, some of the owners’ personal tools onboard, spare electrical and plumbing supplies.
