This 2004 38 Regal Commodore 3860 is built to Regal’s high level of quality and style. The “Tides Inn” is a perfect example of a low-hour well-maintained yacht. She has a Mediterranean blue hull, yellow boot stripe, and new matching blue canvas that really sets her apart from the crowd. The attention to detail and luxury is apparent throughout the layout of the 3860 Commodore. The C-shaped settee on the helm deck and the L-shaped bench seat in the aft cockpit will hold at least 12 adults comfortably.  She has a two-stateroom interior layout that includes two heads and sliding double doors for complete privacy when cruising. This is something you don’t find on boats in the 30-foot range.

Master Stateroom Forward

The master stateroom is forward. It has a pedestal queen berth, double-wide sliding hardwood privacy door completely separates this large forward stateroom from the rest of the yacht and offers private access to the head compartment. There are two lighted, cedar-lined hanging lockers and a large storage compartment under the hinged mattress on the berth. The queen berth has an innerspring mattress with a folding feature that allows easy access to a large storage area. There is a TV/DVD, two cedar closets, tailored comforter, and sheets, throw pillows, and ample drawer space.

Guest Stateroom Aft

The aft stateroom has twin berths with storage underneath and a single hanging locker. The head and shower are enclosed, and the sink and vanity are open to the compartment. The guest stateroom has a stand-up dressing area, twin beds that convert to a queen-size berth. There is a vanity with sink and overhead storage, private access to the head compartment, and a hardwood sliding privacy door. The stateroom has ample storage and a hanging cedar locker. This is the ideal guest or children's quarters with enough spatial and sound separation to offer real privacy.

Helm/Electronics

The helm station is large and comfortable. It includes a double-wide adjustable seat and tilt steering wheel. Cockpit forward seating is a unique layout where the helm station is in close proximity to the lounge and semi-circular dining area with seating for up to six.
