Cynsational is a 3 Stateroom / 2 Head Aft Cabin Express Motoryacht.

The Master Stateroom is Aft with a private entrance, Queen Berth, Private Bath with Tub/Shower. The master is spacious and comfortable with a large aft facing window and two port side portlights affording ample natural lighting. French Door entrance into the Master Bath that contains a full-size sink and a large linen closet with grouted tile flooring. The Master Stateroom has numerous storage lockers for storage.

The VIP Stateroom is located forward with a centerline Queen w/ innerspring mattress and private access into the Guest Head/Shower. There are numerous storage spaces. Headroom in the VIP Stateroom is 6’7”.

The Guest Stateroom is located forward to Starboard and features side by twin berths that can be converted with a filler cushion into a Queen Berth. The Combination Washer/Dryer is located in the Guest Stateroom locker.

The Guest Bath is located forward to Port. Access is provided from the forward companionway, or via a private access from the VIP Stateroom. A fully enclosed shower is nice feature. Grouted Tile Floors.

This 2001 Cruisers 4450 Express Motor Yacht is in average to below average condition. “Cynsational” is well equipped and is being professionally maintained, with that being said, this vessel is in need of restoration. Items that need to be addressed include, but are not limited to;

1)   Interior carpeting is original and in poor condition, Replace.

2)   Exterior upholstery is original and in poor condition, Replace.

3)   Bridge isinglass is original and in poor condition, Replace.

4)   Exterior seem caulking is in poor condition (including around the windshield – no active leaks noted), Remove old caulking and Renew

5)   Cockpit isinglass was destroyed and has been lost, Replace.

6)   Re-bed exterior components to ensure water tightness (cleats, railings, hardware, windlass, etc.…), Re-bed.

7)   Hull side portlights, Remove & Re-bed.

8)   Electronics are original and operational; however, they are beyond their serviceable life and cannot be updated, Replace.

9)   Engines & Generator appear to be in good working order, however Full Service is now required due to time (2.5 years – 40 hours), Complete full PM Service

a.    Engine & Generator, oil, oil filters, fuel filters, complete cooling system service including coolers, heat exchangers, pumps & impellers.

10) Aft Deck hardtop’s coring is wet and compromised, Remove Hardtop, Replace coring material & Re-install.
