ADDITIONAL DESCRIPTION

Designed by Bernard Olesinski and the Fairline design team, "Tide One On" has Deep 'V' forward and a 20 degree deadrise aft making for a fast but also great sea boat. Her construction includes Isophthalic gel coat backed by isophthalic resin-rich powder-bound glass mat. All gel coat and glass fibre laid up by hand, with unidirectional and woven rovings. Transverse and longitudinal strengthening stringers throughout hull. Hull/deck join bolted and bonded giving a stout construction.


Stainless steel through-hull anchor system, Delta anchor, windlass, Stainless steel bow fairlead. Bow, spring and stern cleats. Cleat on each transom wing. Stainless steel pulpit with intermediate lifeline. Stainless steel rubbing strake. Water and fuel fillers. Moulded non-slip deck surface. Transom gate from cockpit to integral teak-laid bathing platform. Hot and cold water transom shower. Concealed bathing platform ladder. Recessed self-draining area on foredeck for coachroof sun cushions. Remote control searchlight. Horn.

ENGINE ROOM

Engine room soundproofing with GRP liner. GRP engine bay access hatch through starboard sundeck. Water cooled engine exhausts with silencers and side outlets. Aerodynamically designed engine air intakes. Automatic engine bay fire extinguishers and shutdown system. Stainless steel shafts (TEMET). 4-blade contra rotating Manganese Bronze propellers. Manganese Bronze 'P' brackets. Balanced rudders. Cathodic protection. Automatic bilge pumps for engine bay and rudder bay with manual 'on' override. Electric engine bay fans. Engine bay lights. Sea cocks on all inlets/outlets below waterline. All stern gear, engines, fuel tanks etc. electrically bonded. Dripless shaft seals.

HELM POSITION

Carbon fibre instrument panels. Double helm seat with twin lifting support bolsters. Helm position indicator. Throttle and gear controls. Tilt adjustable steering wheel. Trim tab, searchlight and thruster controls. Full engine instrumentation including: tachometers, oil pressure gauges, temperature gauges and battery condition indicators. Compass. Remote anchor winch controls. Chart stowage. Fuel gauges. Domestic water contents gauge.
