Description
Deep Sea Divrers a classic 1961 Pearson Arendal 37 Flybridge Sedan cruiser has been completely restored from head to stern, repowered with a pair of Yanmar 4LV250's Diesel motors that are fresh water cooled, transmissions are ZF 68A's, dual three bladed Nibral 26" props with 1 1/2" Aqumet stainless steel prop shafts. Pearson is known for their sail boat models but they built power boats as well and over built their hulls to withstand the age of time and this 37 is proof. The scope of this restoration has taken over 2 years in the making as all the plumbing, electrical, fiberglass, painting, wood working and mechanical details were performed by experts in their field. All the hardware has been re-chromed all systems are brand new to ABYC regulations. The beam is at 12 feet which gives the upper salon area spacious yet there is adquate side decks with stanchions and life lines attached for safety. Grab rails are mounted on the sides of the hard tiop for added safety for access to the forward deck to handle lines. The curves in the top sides are graceful and not overdone to the eye as the hull shape, portlights, cabin windows and the high freeboard all signal that this Peason 37 is a yacht.
