- Coated Stainless Steel Double Lifelines(Replaced in 2021)

- Newer Sails and 2005 Harken Furling system

- Galley remodeled in 2005 with new countertops

50 gallon keel-integral fiberglass fuel tank work ,2021: tank was opened and cleaned, new gasket installed and the fuel was polished. - Waste system installed in August, 2017 by Seaview Boatyard. This installation included the waste tank, Raritan toilet, Jabsco Macerator Pump and Y-valve and all plumbing lines.

*Dining Table has cushions and drops to provide another bed. (see pictures)
