MAIN DESCRIPTION
Mystic is a 1990 44' Atlantic Sundeck Motoryacht in good condition. Her
sellers were planning to cruise the Great Loop, but their plans have
changed, so they have returned home and Mystic is now available for
sale. She offers twin Caterpillar 320 HP main engines, FloScan fuel
monitoring system, Barnacle Zapper ultasonic antifouling system, Kohler
12.5 kW generator, new Magnum 2800 watt inverter, new Pro Safe galvanic
isolator, new Mastervolt Chargemaster battery charger, new Garmin
multi-function display, 2017 West Marine 10' RIB tender, new Maxwell
anchor windlass, Eisenglas enclosure on the flybridge and sundeck, 2

44' ATLANTIC VESSEL WALKTHROUGH
From the covered sundeck, you can walk out either wing door to the
side decks or step up 4 teak covered molded-in steps to the flybridge or
step down 3 carpeted steps into the salon. Once inside the salon, you
will find the companionway to the master stateroom starboard aft, lounge
chair and cabinetry to starboard, 2 stools and a counter port forward
and sofa to port. Walk forward and step down to find the galley to port
and dinette to starboard. Walk forward and find the guest stateroom
all the way forward, head to port and washer/dryer to starboard. Engine
room access is via a door under the galley/dinette steps and salon sole
hatches.
The headroom in the salon is 6'9",
6'3" in the master stateroom and shower, 9'9" in the galley and dinette,
6'2" in the guest stateroom, 6'5" in the guest head, 6'10" on the
flybridge and 6'7" on the sundeck. The master stateroom berth and guest
stateroom berths are 6'8" long.
44' ATLANTIC ACCOMMODATIONS
Mystic offers a full-beam master stateroom aft with a centerline queen
size berth and ensuite head with enclosed shower; and a guest stateroom
forward with v-berth and ensuite head. The dinette converts into a
double size berth.

The salon offers a
teak & holly sole, 3 carpeted steps to the sundeck, opening side
windows with wood blinds, sofa to port, 2 stools and a counter port
forward, cabinetry starboard forward, electrical panel and lounge chair
to starboard and master stateroom companionway starboard aft.
