Both from dockside and once aboard, you will find that "Nauti Minds" is a very well cared-for 2 stateroom, 2 head motoryacht with a very open layout. Moving from the swim platform up the wide staircase to the aft deck, you will notice how the flybridge and aft deck are nearly at the same level, creating a very large and comfortable "outdoor" space for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoyment. Both decks have new Seadek installed, as well as a brand new enclosure. The aft deck offers two wing doors leading to the side decks, easy access to the flybridge, wet bar, stereo, easy access to the main cabin, and a forward-facing settee with storage beneath. The flybridge (up 2 steps) also features additional seating including a "U-Shaped" lounge, and bench-style helm and companion seat. Visibility is excellent from this vantage point.
Moving into the main salon, you will find a tremendous amount of space, comfortable seating, and natural lighting. To port is a "U-Shaped" dinette with flat screen TV above, while a convertible "L-Shaped" settee is across to starboard. This settee easily converts into a double berth for extra guests. Forward and down to port is the roomy galley which includes all of the comforts of home. Flush mounted stove-top, Convection Microwave, Stainless Sink, built-in coffee maker, and fridge with freezer compartment, and solid surface counter-tops, are a few of the notable features. Also included is a teak and holly galley sole, and abundant beautiful cherry-wood cabinetry that offers plenty of storage.
Across to starboard is an entry into the large day head/guest head (also privately entered via forward guest stateroom). The guest head features an enormous stall shower, sink with vanity and storage, AC vent, and Techma fresh-water electric head.
Furthest forward is the private Guest Stateroom. This well-appointed space offers a unique layout in that there is a wide double berth to port, with a slightly smaller single berth up and to starboard. Perfect accommodations for guests, and a nice "playroom" for the kids or grandkids. The space also includes air conditioning, an overhead hatch, drawer storage, cedar-lined hanging locker, and private entrance to the guest head.
Moving aft and downstairs from the salon, you enter the full-beam master stateroom with aft centerline queen berth and equally large private head. There is a small settee and extra hanging locker located to port of the master berth, with a vanity with storage to starboard. Above the berth aft is a large window (doubles as an escape hatch), while forward is a large cedar-lined hanging locker to starboard and a flat-screen TV center. The master head, much like the guest, is quite roomy and offers a large stall shower, vanity with storage, AC vents, natural lighting, and fresh-water Techma electric-flush head.
The entire cabin space is accented with beautiful cherry-wood cabinetry, neutral carpeting, and plenty of natural lighting via wide windows, hatches, and port-lights. Blinds throughout and a forward winshield cover offer complete privacy, or open them all up for a very open feel that provides excellent views.
The engine room is accessed via a large hatch in the salon sole. Access to both engines and generator is a breeze, making routine maintenance an easy task.
