Farmer's Retreat II is a 3 stateroom Novatec aft-cockpit motor yacht built in 2002. She features an air-conditioned fly-bridge & sun-deck, and a spacious, well appointed, yacht finished interior that must be seen to be appreciated. Novatec 47 Walk-through

From the swim platform, step into the cockpit through the transom door. There is an entrance to the aft-cabin and 4 steps up into the air conditioned, enclosed sundeck where you will find a service bar with a compact refrigerator and comfortable wicker furniture. From the sun-deck you can walk forward through the doors on each side, to the side decks and forward to the bow, or up 3 steps into the air conditioned fly-bridge, or down 4 steps into the salon. Once in the salon, you will find wraparound seating with hi/lo, folding teak table, beautifully finished cabinetry and a well thought out galley complete with an apartment-size refrigerator and electric stove with oven & microwave. From the salon there are 3 steps down into the master stateroom aft or 3 steps down to the other two staterooms and guest head forward. Engine room access is via salon sole hatches and a forward access under the salon stairs.

Flybridge and Sundeck

The air conditioned fly-bridge has a fiberglass hardtop with opening tempored glass window hatches forward, and clear vinyl sides and back with zippered roll-up windows. 

(2) Tracy helm seats at a full helm forward w/storage underneath and wrap-around bench seats on each side.

The sun-deck (also air-conditioned) has a hardtop and clear vinyl enclosure with zippered roll-up windows, a wet bar w/liquor cabinet, a Magic Chef refrigerator/freezer cushioned wicker deck furniture and aluminum & glass doors to the salon and side decks.

Salon and Galley

SALON

The salon offers large side windows for plenty of natural light, teak & holly sole, L-shaped couch (with storage underneath), swivel rocking chair and a hi/lo folding teak table in center, an ice maker and electrical distribution panel to port, storage cabinets to both port & starboard and an open view to the galley aft to starboard. The large TV tucks neatly into it's cupboard or swings out and swivels for unobstructed view throughout the salon and galley.

GALLEY

The conveniently sized galley has plenty of storage and counter space to prepare meals, while the open floor plan maintains a connection with guests in the salon.

MASTER STATEROOM

The full-beam master stateroom is aft and offers a centerline queen-size berth with memory foam mattress, nightstand, reading lights, hanging locker, storage drawers and cabinets, full length mirror, teak & holly sole, door to the cockpit, and an ensuite head.


The ensuite head offers an enclosed shower, solid-surface countertop, stainless steel sink, port light and Jabsco 12V DC marine head. Toilet may be flushed with sea water or fresh water.

GUEST STATEROOM - FORWARD

The forward guest stateroom offers a queen size walk-around V-berth with memory foam mattress, a vanity to port, reading lights, overhead lights, overhead hatch, shelves, hanging locker, storage drawers and cabinets, teak & holly sole and ensuite head.


The ensuite head matches the master stateroom head in amenities, including an enclosed shower, solid-surface countertop stainless steel sink, port light and Jabsco 12V DC marine head. Toilet may be flushed with sea water or fresh water.


GUEST STATEROOM - MIDSHIP & LAUNDRY

This guest stateroom features twin bunk beds, under-bunk storage plus ample storage cabinet and enclosed laundry equipped with a General Electric Spacemaker combination washer/dryer. There is an entrance to the forward head just outside the cabin in the foyer.
