27' RINKER WALKTHROUGH
Entering Dreamcatcher from the swim platform, the cockpit is easily accessible through the cockpit gate. There is seating to the rear of the cockpit and additional seating forward under a recently upgraded bimini. The console and steering wheel are located on the starboard side. A walk-through windshield allows access to the bow.
The cabin is accessible through a companionway just aft of the windshield. The galley is located on the port side of the cabin and a head on the starboard side. There is a shower attachment in the head and a Jabsco manual toilet. The aft portion of the cabin contain a sleeping area for two and forward is a seating area that can also sleep two. A table can be set up for dining - there is a larger optional table (not pictured) that can accommodate guests.

Wayne was born and raised in suburban New York where he spent many years navigating the bays and inlets of Long Island’s south shore. He and his wife are recent transplants to Edenton, North Carolina, where he can now frequently be found on the Albemarle Sound and surrounding waters.Wayne spent many years in the publishing industry, most notably as President and CEO of Greenwood-Heinemann, a publisher of reference and professional content, before launching his own internet-based company selling academic and research books. Wayne has a BA in History from Stony Brook University, an MBA from Baruch College and is a graduate of the Yacht Broker Institute.
Throughout his business career, Wayne has always been committed to the highest levels of customer service and he now brings that same dedication and commitment to his role as a Yacht Broker for Curtis Stokes & Associates. Wayne sees each potential yacht buyer and each seller as having unique requirements. His role is to understand his clients in a way that assures the best possible match between buyer and seller, leading to the most positive outcome attainable for all parties. Simply put, Wayne’s goal is to make it possible for someone to get as much pleasure out of their yacht as he gets out of his own.
Aside from his passion for boating, Wayne regularly volunteers his time in support of a local effort dedicated to feeding the homeless. He and his wife are the proud parents of two daughters, each of whom have gotten accustomed to their father’s obsession with boating.
