Double Trouble is aTollycraft 44, an excellent boat for the Great Loop, Bahamas, ocean cruising or liveaboard. The 3.5 foot draft is well suited for tight shallow anchorages and the intracoastal waterway. The 16 foot maximum height makes it perfect for the low bridges of the Great Loop.


The dual hard tops, hard sundeck sides and aft deck wing doors makes Double Trouble the perfect for young children and pets to be shaded and secure. The enclosed sundeck and flybridge is enclosed with clear vinal panels with zippered openings for ventilation. With the panels closed the aft deck and bridge area are heated by the sun extending the boating season. Outside, the full-width aft deck has room for a few deck chairs and wide sidedecks make foredeck access easy and safe. The cockpit is large enough for a light-tackle fishing activities and makes an excellent swimming or diving platform.


Equal accommodations (2 staterooms and 2 baths) offer 2 couples maximum privacy. Sleeps 8 in all including convertible dinette and pullout sofa. Big salon windows offer a bright and airy living space. Interior wood work is beautiful high gloss teak. The two-stateroom, galley-down design also includes a deck access door in the salon and plenty of storage.


Boat handling is made easy with dual engines and a bow thruster, secure walkaround decks with railings and handrails. The Tollycraft 44 CMY has always been considered a good-handling boat with better-than-average ride and performance.

FLY BRIDGE

The Fly Bridge is comfortable and well organized with seating  for up to 8. The centerline helm with 2 pedestal helm seats and L shaped seat (couch type) with ample storage beneath. There are large storage areas on either side of helm- forward.
 Controls include, SidePower Bow and Stern Thruster controls, Rudder angle indicator, 5" Ritchie power-damp compass, Data Marine digital "Dart" system with speed, depth and temp, Maxwell Windlass control panel, Bennett Trim Tab controls, Glendinning engine synchronizers, ACR Remote spotlight and Canvas Helm and Bench Seat Covers

AFT DECK

With hardtop and solid doors to side-decks, the aft deck can be warm and cozy or open and airy and is well appointed with carpet, cushioned sofa/chairs, and a nice fold down wet bar. There is ladder access to cockpit and molded steps to bridge and salon.

SALON

The Salon has a panoramic view through large windows with privacy blinds. There is an L-shaped sofa with storage below, pulls out to queen size bed custom cherry wood hi-lo table, stereo system, breakfast bar with 2 stools, ice maker, bar storage, starboard side access door, aft deck access door. Steps forward to Galley and Dinett, or aft to Master Cabin.

There is a Splendide Washer/Dryer unit in the other hanging locker.

GUEST CABIN

Rare walk around queen with Tempurpedic (2013) drawer storage below, hanging locker, overhead hatch and mirrored side storage compartments, en-suite access to forward head. Mirrored forward sides and light colors add to the spacious feel.

FORWARD HEAD

The Guest head has entrance from foyer or  forward cabin. There is a vanity with sink, shower and Vacuflush head.
