Description

LADY SUZO is a lightly-used, Captain-Maintained, 2007 Meridian 490 Pilothouse located on the shores of the Sea of Cortez in Mexico. The Meridian 490 Pilothouse will deliver the cruising lifestyle you crave. Her solid construction, responsive handling and deluxe pilothouse make her a reliable companion on temperamental days offshore, and her classic, dignified styling reveals her seafaring soul.

Her onboard amenities, however, give you absolute cruising comfort. Her three-stateroom layout can easily accommodate six people; plus, the third stateroom converts to a large walk-in dressing area for the master stateroom. The master head features a bathtub, and the guest head provides an enclosed shower. She also boasts a solid Cherry interior with premium gloss finish, plush cut-pile carpeting and a comfortable salon with generous seating. What`s more, the fully appointed galley with Teak and Holly flooring and Karadon custom solid-surface countertops is more than ready for any meal preparation.

Accommodations

Main Salon:

This Meridian features a contemporary designed salon. She has a forward port side galley, opening windows with blinds and screens, plentiful seating in barrel chairs and a Flexsteel sleeper sofa, a beautiful hi-low cherry coffee/dining table, beverage center with a U-Line ice maker and an entertainment center. The salon is finished in beautiful cherry wood cabinetry with Karadon solid surface countertops.

From her aft deck, enter the main salon from the cockpit sliding door. Expansive full-beam living and entertainment area with cherry wood millwork throughout the interior. The Flexsteel sleeper L-Shaped sofa is to starboard providing comfortable seating,and this also converts to an additional a sleeper bed for guests. Spare propellers are stored under the aft seating compartment of this settee.

To portside, the salon has two barrel chairs and a hidden TV compartment. The U-Shaped full galley is port forward. Centerline and moving forward leads you to the companionway down to the guest and master cabins. Companionway up and to starboard are steps leading to the Pilothouse main helm.

Full starboard is the bar and entertainment area.

Companionways lead down to the stateroom area, and up to the Pilothouse helm.

Engine room access is through the center of the main salon sole and through the removeable steps on the center companionway.

Electronics and Pilothouse Helm

Helm Stations and Navigational Equipment:

The Meridian 490 offers both an enclosed pilothouse and enclosed flybridge helm navigation stations, providing the helms-person with two very well equipped command stations for fair weather or inclement weather conditions.

The fantastic wrap-around pilothouse is up and forward of the main salon. Visibility is excellent from the helm seat, and access to the foredeck is made with port and starboard wheelhouse doors. The pilothouse also features an L-shaped settee to port, with a folding cherry table, allowing guests to relax enjoy the view.

AC/DC power distribution panels - The vessels power distribution panels, along with the water-maker, inverter and generator remote controls are located in a cabinet on the starboard side of the pilothouse. The power cabinet has dual opening doors and top lid, which provides ease of access to the switches and equipment housed in the cabinet.

Pilothouse Helm:

The pilothouse offers a centered helm station, captains chair, passenger cruising settee with table, port and starboard side-deck access doors and inside passage to the flybridge. The helm consoles design gives the helms-person ease of access to the various control switches and navigational equipment.
