Phins is a 1992 28' Catalina in nice condition. She was repowered with a Beta 20 HP auxiliary in 2014 (Only 90 hours) and offers a Charles isolation transformer, new bottom paint and zincs in 2023, sugar scoop transom, wing keel, 2 stateroom layout, including a master stateroom with queen size berth aft. 28' Catalina Vessel Walkthrough

From her bimini covered cockpit, you step down into the salon via her extra-wide companionway and find a master stateroom with queen size berth aft, enclosed head port aft, refrigerator/freezer and electrical panel to port, benchseat/berth port forward, fold-up table centerline, benchseat/berth to starboard and galley starboard aft. Walk forward and you will find a guest stateroom with a V-berth forward. Auxiliary access is via the fold-up companionway steps and removable cover box. there is a lot packed into this 28' boat, yet she feels very open and airy.

The headroom in the salon is 6'2", 4'2" in the master stateroom, 5'1" to 5'9" in the guest stateroom, 5'11" in the head and 5'5" to 5'7" in the cockpit. The master stateroom berth is 6'7" long and the guest stateroom berths are 7' long.
