1976 Gulfstar 43 Mark II- Walkthrough

The Gulfstar 43 Mark II Trawler has always been a favorite among the Bahamas cruising crowd and is a seasoned Great Loop boat, thanks to its easy maneuverability. Its vast interior space, galley, and dining area make it an ideal liveaboard vessel. The twin Perkins 6-354 diesel engines are fuel-efficient at trawler speeds, but powerful enough to outrun a storm if necessary.

Enter the boat from either side of the dock via a custom-made aluminum stairway. Once onboard you will enjoy wide fiberglass side decks to easily access all areas of the boat.

The flybridge provides the captain with an unobstructed panoramic view, while full instrumentation ensures the safe piloting of this 1976 Gulfstar 43 Mark II Trawler. The bridge area offers dual bench seats, and the aft deck is covered with a sunshade. The aft sundeck is perfect for barbecues and enjoying days at sea, while the well-organized foredeck is suitable for anchoring and docking.

Enter the salon through the port or starboard side doors to enjoy incredible views and run the boat from the lower helm if the weather turns unpleasant on the flybridge. The galley/dinette area below is spacious with a large dinette and a good-sized galley down arrangement complete with all necessary appliances, including a dual stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, oven, and microwave.
