Welcome aboard "Steadfast," one of very few PY 41's built by Island Packet. With her 110hp Yanmar diesel, she'll burn half a gallon an hour at 7 knots, making this a fantastic trawler for someone looking to do the loop or some long term cruising. With her semi displacement hull, she can achieve a max speed of 11 knots. 5,000lbs of ballast for added stability helps give the 41 PY a "category A" ocean rating for offshore capabilities. Equipped with AC, heat, 9kW MasPower generator, wireless auto pilot, GPS, bow thruster, solar panels, and weaver davits, "Steadfast" is ready to take her new owners to their next destination.
A transom door makes boarding from the large swim platform an easy task. The cockpit has ample storage and a transom shower. Step into the pilot house, which contains a settee and beautiful table to starboard and the helm forward, which features both a helm chair and companion chair. The galley lies below, complete with a two burner Force 10 propane stove and oven, microwave, and 12V refrigerator with separate freezer. Opening ports with screens allow a fresh breeze in and 12V cabin fans help circulate more air when needed. The sink is conveniently located on the island in the center. Accommodations below are two staterooms, a head with a separate shower, and navigation desk. The owner's cabin is forward and furnished with an island queen berth and plenty of storage. The second cabin has two single berths and another hanging storage closet. Back up top, nice walk around decks with stainless handrails make getting to the foredeck safe and easy. Continue forward and there's a large cockpit seating area with table and cushions that's perfect for enjoying great cruising weather. The owners are quick to note that these are the first seats taken when guests are aboard.
The familiar Island Packet high level of build quality and finish is apparent throughout and has been lovingly cared for by her current owners. They have kept multiple organized binders full of service records with everything from routine service to upgrades and new parts.
