ANDANTE 2000 MONK 36 ACCOMMODATIONS OVERVIEW

Andante's Salon is finished in furniture quality teak and the soles in teak and holly. The Salon has large windows all the way around to add brightness and an open spaciousness to this living area. There are aluminum sliding doors on both port and starboard sides, the starboard door is located along side the lower helm. The lower helm has a pilot chair also serves as a lounge chair when additional seating is required. Engine gauges are mounted in a console overhead and there is room for additional electronics both in the overhead console and the instrument pod at the helm.

To the port side there is an upholstered settee with custom sheets. The folding wing table has specially designed pedestals so that the table stays in position when the engine hatches are opened.

There is an L-shaped galley fully equipped with a full size refrigerator-freezer, three burner stove w/oven, deep stainless steel sink, along with plenty of cabinets and drawers for storage.

There is a stateroom located forward of the Salon with V-berths and en-suite head. This cabin can be closed off for complete privacy. Located below the V-berths there are drawers and lockers for storage and to the starboard side there is a large hanging locker.

The head is on the port side and is fully equipped with commode and vanity with full entrance door.

The Master Stateroom is spacious and comfortable, and the teak woodwork just adds more beauty to the room. The master stateroom features a full berth with a walk around on both sides as well as drawers below for storage. The master stateroom alone has nine feet of hanging lockers and eight feet of drawers. You will not find this kind of storage space or lockers on another boat of this size. The en-suite head is complete with commode and a large vanity and a large shower stall. You will also find plenty of storage for towels, linens and toiletries.

Last but not least is the engine room is designed for those who prefer to perform their own maintenance. There is plenty of work area on both sides of the engine. There is also room enough for optional equipment you may wish to install. The engine room is well insulated, lighted and all pumps, water heater, valves, etc. are easily accessible. The 8 K.W. Northern Lights generator provides ample 120v electricity to run the A/C, (or heat), and all 120 v appliances as well as the Magnum Charger/Inverter to keep you cool while riding along or anchoring out.
