1989 OCEANIA MAIN DECK & HULL

Semi-displacement hull with full keel, deep stem and wide flare on bow; very heavy solid fiberglass construction. All windows aluminum frames; all portholes stainless steel frames and tempered glass. No outside wood except railing, wing doors, and swim ladder. Anti-lightening system.

1989 OCEANIA AFT DECK

Aft Deck is an excellent area for dining and entertaining. Access is from transom gate or by way of the wing doors from the side decks. Aft deck has full enclosure in good shape but not currently used.

1989 OCEANIA FLY BRIDGE

The fly bridge offers an excellent area for entertaining or having family and friends join the captain while underway. OCEANIA SALON

Entry to the salon is down a few steps from the aft deck or from the starboard side entry door at the lower helm. The lower helm station has fine teak cabinetry that is able to be completely enclosed. Aft to starboard is a C-shaped upholstered settee (reupholstered May 2018) with storage beneath; a heavy teak hi/lo dining/cocktail table with folding leaves can be opened for expanded dining area.

All the below completed May 2018
-New Fly Bridge Enclosure.
-New exhaust system from engines back to transom, Including custom built stainless exhaust risers.
-Remove all rub rail and spray rail. Replace any soft wood, coated wood with two coats of epoxy, then primer, than Aligrip.
-New high strength galvanized anchor chain, 275ft with proper depth markings every 10ft.
-New carpet in salon and master stateroom. Proper marine ?Sound Down? sound insulation under carpet in salon over engine room.
-Railings and wing doors stripped and re-varnished.
-Bottom Job, sanded and 2 coats of Pitit antifoul.
-Boot stripe repainted.
-Sofa in salon recovered.
-Custom made stray rail protector used then hauling the boat to protect from lifting straps.


Completed 2017:
-New VacuFlush sanitation system, 2 new vacuflush heads, all hoses replaced, vacuum pump and discharge pump.
-New Garmin autopilot system and 2000 bus installed.
-New refrigerator with ice maker on aft sun deck.
-Second house battery bank replaced.
-New fresh water pump with 2gl accumulator tank.
-New air conditioner water pump.
-LED lights installed throughout boat.
-Smart TV and DVD.
-New marine carpet on fly bridge.
-Cushions rebuilt on tender.

Completed 2016:
-Replace 2 propeller shafts with stainless steel from USA
-Replace all 4 cutlass bearings
-Repack shaft logs packing
-Repack rudder shafts seals
-All bottom paint removed down to gelcoat, then 5 coats of Pitit Protect epoxy, then 3 coats of Pitit antifoul.
